Hello everyone, today we will be revealing how we achieved this beautiful bridal look.
Our model today is Kim, one of our brides who got married this past August in Puerto Vallarta.
As you can see, Kim is looking natural, glowy and her eyes are outstanding!
Let’s start with her skin, the artist prepped her skin with this miracle primer called lait-creme concentre by embryolysse.
This hidrates and primes at the same time, and this product is one of he best kept secrets of a lot of celebritie’s makeup artists.
An eye contour was also applied to reduce wrinkles and the appearance of tired eyes.
After her skin was perfectly prepared, the artist used different colors of concealer by kryolan to correct and add luminosity.
Once skin is color corrected then a soft layer of airbrush is applied to make sure the skin tone looks even and peachy like. Not to mention that airbrush make up is long lasting and waterproof, this guarantees that it will stay flawless all day.
For her eye makeup the artist used the Jeffry stat palette “Androgyny” using a sparkling bright tone on the inside of the crease to brighten and open up the eye and a matte darker brown on the outside to create depth.
A black gel liner was used to define her beautiful blue eyes and make them pop!
A pech and pink combination or blushes were applied to soften the eye makeup and to finish the look a nude pink lipstick was applied onto the lips.
A few splashes of setting spray and Kim was ready!
While the makeup artist was working with Kim, our hairstylist was preparing her hair, Kim chose some gorgeous defined curls that she then decorated with a beautiful crown made of fresh with flowers and some greenery.
To achieve this defined curls, the stylist used a hair protector to prevent damage of the heat caused by the tools, oasis + a powder to add volume to the hair, wax to hide baby hairs and a lot of spray to make them stay.
Now with hair and makeup completed Kim was finally ready to be a bride and walk the aisle.

Marisol recently got married at the hacienda 3 Rios hotel, located in Playa del Carmen.
Marisol chose team Vo Evolution, to be her glad squad.
For her look she went for a very glamorous, gold sparkles and a Smokey eye, of course latinas know how to rock a dazzling look like this!
Our makeup artist was Fabiola, who created this look balancing the Smokey eyes with a subtle blush and lip tone, she did this in order to make the whole look, look bridal.
For Marisol’s hair, an elegant updo was created by the artist Natacha, who also designed the perfect hairdo, to go with the makeup and dress.
Natacha used one of her favorite tools, the “beach waver”, who allows her to do beautiful curls within minutes.
The final look: A glamorous, and sophisticated bride.

At Barceló where we got to beautify our lovely bride, Vruta.
Vruta chose a classic and glamorous gold and red tones for her makeup look.

On her Skin we applied
Makeup forever face & body foundation to achieve a smooth and natural finish, her cheeks were colored with a peach tone to add warmth into her skin using
Peaches blush by Mac cosmetics, to define the bone structure,we added a little contour with Cocoa palette contour by too faced and to add luminosity we applied High light by wet & wild onto the high point of her face. All of the above very well blended to get a natural and soft finish in her skin.
For the bride’s eyes,( here is our favorite part) we did Smokey eyes with gold and warm browns and terracota, we used the fiery palette called Heat by Urban decay. We defined her eyes with a very graphic liner using Tattoo liner by Kay von D, for extra volume and to finish the look, we used a set of full lashes by house of lashes.
Her lips were matte red using a liquid lipstick by Styla , to balance the brightness of the golden eyes and make it more elegant.
We are proud to present this final look of our bride Kari who recently got married at the Ocean Riviera Paradise Hotel.
Kari’s makeup is a monochromatic look with pink tones.
the artist used pink and terracota tones to make Kari’s skin look warm and fresh.
For her hair, the stylist used Volume elevator spray and rock on voluminizing powder for volume, then she used rollers on top.
Hair extensions were added in order to have an appearance of abundant hair.
She applied shine spray Glamourama+ photo finisher 3 by style masters to finish and set the hairstyle.

When we think about a glowy makeup this picture says it all ! our bride Alison, tied the knot at Ocean Maya Hotel, in the beautiful Riviera Maya, México.
Alison shows a perfect glowy, sun kissed skin for her wedding look! and we want to share with you how we accomplished the look.
It is all about choosing warm tones and golden hues.
for her eyes, the makeup artist used the Anastacia Beverly Hills, modern renaissance palette, to add dimension to the lashes she used marc jacobs mascara and to define her look, liquid eye liner.
For Alison’s skin, the makeup artist used the Josie Maran Argan oil for a healthy glow, and the Fenty beauty foundation, to matify the
T zone she used studio fix powder, and to give it a natural tan she used cocoa bronzer by Too Faced, the color orgasm by Nars which is a peachy color was applied on the apple of the cheeks to soften the look.
To highlight the high points of the face and get that beautiful glow, the artist used the Glow Palette by Anastacia Beverly Hills.
To finish the look the artist used a nude color Barbour colour in nude beige.

About her hairstyle, she chose a sophisticated up-do, she told us she wanted to look like a real princess that day.

Today we want to talk about her makeup in a more technical way, so you can see the products used to create this look, the finishing look is a piece of art and it is definitely a look we MUST talk about.
Angela decided to go for a Black & gold smoky eye to make the eyes the main feature, her skin was like porcelain and the rest of the makeup was very neutral to really make those eyes pop, the result? Judge yourselves. She was a STUNNING Bride.

How did we get the look?
The makeup Artist used MAC prep + prime to prepare her skin, and of course airbrush for a porcelain finish and a long lasting foundation. Her eyebrows were filled and defined with lingering by MAC, the eye shadow colors that were used were by Anastasia Beverly Hills in warm taupe and Cyprus umber for a warm base tone and to add the gold touch Primavera eyeshadow was applied to the center and inner lid, the eyes were finished using MAC Blacktrack eyeliner to intensify the whole eye look. For her lips a neutral color was applied Charlotte lipstick by Tylburry.
We can all agree that Pinterest and Instagram have come to make our lives sooo much better. When it comes to planning a wedding they help a LOT and getting ideas is way easier with this apps!
But, as I said they are all just IDEAS, that create some expectations, especially when it comes to the final look. Today I want to talk about the hairstyle, for brides and guests.
When it comes to choosing your hairstyle for a beach wedding there are a few things to consider. Sometimes our clients come with a beautiful Picture from Pinterest and of course the model looks perfect with her flawless Beach waves, in a Photo that’s on the Beach, but that curly lasts for the photo shoot and the stylist is just behind the model fixing every detail every 5 min. we know it won’t be your case. So all I want to do is list a few things to consider when choosing your hair, so you can come with a realistic idea and you end up happy with the result
Weather.
The weather in the Riviera Maya is Humid, so your chance of Frizziness rises. Although we use humidity Proof products, a hair that is down and wavy is not going to last, your waves will eventually fall and the frizziness shows more.
Also if you are getting married in front of the beach or out doors there is going to be wind, and hair will be on your face most of the time, that is a bit annoying, trust me I’ve been there.
If you don’t like your hair all done up, try to go for a wavy up do, or choose Brands to add a boho style, play with textures in the up do, a hairdo can have so many movement, start looping for creative ideas or let the professionals give you some ideas J
Hair type:
Of course we can make a very straight hair look curly, or vice versa, but keep in mind that the more we change your hair type the less it stays, there is nothing better than working with your hair type and give form and body to it, creating a beautiful hair style using what you already have.
Hair length
Your hair length its an important thing to consider, there are some hair styles that require very long hair in order to look the way they do, voluminous and with lots of movement, consider your length when it comes to hair dos with lots of twists and Braids. We do have Tools to make your hairstyle with more volume but it depends on how much texture you want. If not, we highly recommend natural hair extensions; they are perfect and the style looks much more polished with more hair.
I hope this tips are helpful when it comes to finding out what you want for your hair and finding something you are going to LOVE and that It will surely last all night long!

It’s Wedding Season and Vo –Evolution team is working like crazy!! This is one of our favorite times of the year because we get to see lots of different brides, with so many different styles and we get inspired with the newest trends.
On this blog we want to present our beautiful bride Joanne who got married recently at the Hyatt Ziva Hotel. We met with Joanne at the bridal room, which was decorated with fresh flowers and there was champagne and fresh tropical fruits, special for a wedding day.
Joanne asked for a subtle Smokey and an up do for her look.
For her makeup we used the Ultimate basics Naked palette using the commando shade on her inner crease and tempted and instinc shade in the outer crease, to add a little depth and smokeyness we applied lethal shade. The rest of the look was very soft looking with pink tones on her lips and cheeks and a touch of highlighter, we used the Jaclyn Hill Becca palette, using the color champagne pop.
Her hair was a curly up do, with some curls falling to make it look more relaxed and playful. We added a headpiece on the side to complete the look.
The look turned out beautiful, Joanne’s look was very classy and clean.
